An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a well-established engineering team supporting a high-profile commercial site in Central London. The Role You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of building services systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire safety, and water treatment. Working as part of a shift team, you’ll deliver both planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring all works meet contractual and statutory requirements. Key responsibilities include: * Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across building services systems * Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures, permits to work, and risk assessments * Liaising with site stakeholders and specialist subcontractors * Accurately updating CAFM systems and maintenance documentation * Supporting minor works and providing technical input where required This position suits an engineer with a flexible mindset, strong fault-finding skills, and pride in delivering a reliable service.
