National Account Manager £45k + £5k bonus + car/allowance + benefits We're working with a leading gardening manufacturer to recruit a National Account Manager to take ownership of a niche portfolio. This isn't a traditional sales-heavy NAM role - it's about servicing customers brilliantly, understanding products, and leading category activity. You'll work closely with marketing, customer service, and technical teams to deliver a standout experience. What you'll do Manage and grow a portfolio of specialist consumer accounts Build strong relationships and become their go‑to category partner Coordinate national customer service & trade marketing activity Lead on promotions, NPD listings, and category development Forecast accurately and review promotional performance Attend trade shows & occasional European meetings (every 6-8 weeks)What they're looking for Experienced national account manager (sector flexible) Strong communicator and relationship builder Analytical, organised, and great under pressure Good commercial understanding; marketing knowledge ideal Product‑focused, customer‑centric, and proactive PA1/PA6 is a bonus (or willingness to gain it)What you get £45k + £5k bonus Car or car allowance 25 days holiday + BH (increases with service) Private medical + death in service EV salary sacrifice scheme Ready to find out more?
