Network Engineer – University Placement Year

Your new role

* 11 month industrial placement opportunity suitable for current undergraduate university students on an IT/networking course

* 1st Line support and handling customer enquiries

* Troubleshooting networking faults and driving resolution to ensure SLAs are not breached

* Opportunity to continue working part-time during final year and graduate opportunities once you complete your course

What you’ll need to succeed

* Currently completing your 2nd year of a computer networking undergraduate course or related degree with significant networking modules

* Passion for working in the networking field and eager to learn and progress your career

* Strong customer service focus
