New Homes Sales Advisor – Hertfordshire Basic Salary £30,000 - £34,000 | OTE £60,000+ We are a privately owned new build residential developer seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join our growing sales team across sites in Hertfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly for the developer, offering excellent earning potential, high-quality homes, and a supportive in-house environment. The Role As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for the full customer journey, from initial enquiry through to legal completion. You will be the face of the development, delivering outstanding customer service while consistently achieving sales targets.
