As part of our growing Commercial function, our Asset Commercialisation Team is driving an ambitious programme to unlock new value from our assets, estate and digital network. We’re now recruiting a New Revenue Delivery Manager to help expand and deliver innovative income‑generating opportunities across advertising, digital, property, partnerships and emerging technologies. This is a career‑graded role (Band 7–8), offering development, progression and the chance to make a real financial impact. You’ll support — and increasingly lead — the delivery of new revenue streams that strengthen the Bee Network and contribute to a sustainable transport system for Greater Manchester. Your Role Depending on experience, you will either support or lead activity across a wide-ranging commercial portfolio, including: * Developing and delivering TfGM’s commercialisation and new revenue strategy * Identifying, shaping and delivering new income streams across advertising, estates, digital and data * Driving out-of-home (OOH) advertising opportunities across Metrolink, bus, shelters, interchanges and vehicles * Leading or supporting the mobilisation of digital advertising contracts * Building and managing high‑value commercial partnerships and contracts * Working closely with Estates, Digital, Customer, Innovation and Operations teams to maximise commercial returns * Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve value through innovative use of assets * Supporting initiatives linked to the Bee Network and improved customer experience that also generate income * Managing projects, stakeholders and suppliers to deliver measurable financial outcomes Who are we? TfGM is delivering an integrated, safe and sustainable transport system that supports economic growth and improves the quality of life across Greater Manchester. We work collaboratively across the organisation to identify new opportunities, deliver innovative commercial projects and create partnerships that benefit both TfGM and the wider Bee Network. Joining us means helping to shape a more financially resilient transport system while contributing to a more connected, accessible and prosperous Greater Manchester.
