Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
We are recruiting for a Night Concierge role within a high-end residential development based in London.
Shift Details:
* Working days
* Week 1: Saturday, Sunday, Monday
* Week 2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
* Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service
* Act as the main point of contact for residents and visitors
* Manage parcels, deliveries, and general enquiries
* Maintain a clean and presentable reception area
* Monitor the building and report any issues
* Liaise with management and maintenance teams
Candidate Requirements:
* Background in hospitality (e.g. hotels) or residential concierge roles
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Professional, well-presented, and reliable
* Able to work independently

* +1 additional day leave for every 2 years of service (up to 25 days)
