We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our night shift team. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods within the warehouse. This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, physical fitness, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Sorting and organizing stock within the warehouse
* Conducting stock checks and reporting discrepancies
* Operating warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet trucks, scanners)
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment
* Following all health and safety procedures at all times
* Meeting productivity and performance targets
Requirements
* Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
* Ability to work night shifts consistently
* Good level of physical fitness (lifting and manual handling involved)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic communication skills
* Flexibility and reliability
