The Role
You sit at the critical junction between concept and reality.
Owning process development end to end, you ensure that what starts in the kitchen survives scale-up without dilution. That is the real challenge in ambient and where strong technologists stand out.
You will lead factory trials, optimise processes, and solve the issues that only appear when premium products meet ambient constraints.
* What You’ll Be Doing
Taking products from concept to scalable, repeatable factory output
Running and owning factory trials, not observing them
Solving stability, consistency, and process challenges in ambient formats
Refining manufacturing methods without eroding product quality
Working cross-functionally while owning outcomes
Driving meaningful continuous improvement
* About You
Experience in food manufacturing, ambient experience is a strong advantage
Proven background in factory trials and scale-up
Strong process understanding, you know why things fail
Hands-on, not a coordinator
Detail-focused and solutions-driven
You care about product quality, not just hitting specs
