Numeracy Intervention Tutor

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured numeracy intervention sessions to identified students
Support learners with gaps in foundational maths skills
Monitor, track, and report on student progress
Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
Collaborate with teaching staff to align interventions with classroom learning
Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong numeracy skills and a good understanding of the secondary maths curriculum
Experience working with young people (school-based or tutoring)
The ability to build positive relationships and motivate students
Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills
A relevant qualification (e.g., Maths, Education, or equivalent) is desirable
