Nursery Deputy Manager
Great opportunity for a Nursery Deputy Manager to join a busy 50 plus place setting in Amersham, working alongside the manager in the daily running of their Nursery. Hours are 40 per week with salary c£33k and a £1000 welcome bonus, together with great benefits.

Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role
* A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
* A minimum 3 years’ experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting
* Has experience of being in a management role, supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices
* Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff in the nursery setting
Ideal Nursery Deputy Manager Candidate
* Passionate about early years education and children’s development within a nursery setting
* Confident leader, able to motivate and support staff and contribute to the management team
* Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards across the setting
* Promotes best practice, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in the nursery supporting the team on a daily basis
