Education Matters are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Supply Nursery Nurse to join our growing team, supporting a range of welcoming and well-established nurseries. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is looking for flexible work across a variety of settings. Flexible Working Hours We offer shifts to suit your availability: Full day: 8:00am – 6:00pm Morning shift: 8:00am – 1:00pm Afternoon shift: 1:00pm – 6:00pm The Role Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities Assist with the day-to-day running of the nursery room Ensure a safe, caring, and stimulating environment Follow safeguarding and EYFS guidelines at all times Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents What We Offer Competitive pay: £15.00 – £16.00 per hour Flexible work to fit around your schedule Opportunities across a range of supportive nursery settings Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant Requirements Experience working in a nursery or early years setting Good understanding of the EYFS framework Strong communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of safeguarding procedures Reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable Qualifications Experience in Childcare NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one) Why Join Education Matters?
