Nursery Operative Location: Tarleton Hours: 5–7 hours per day, Monday to Saturday Start Time: 5:45am Pay: £12.21-£12.31 ph DOE Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Nursery Operative to join our team in Tarleton. This role involves working within a busy nursery environment, supporting daily operations with packing and handling products efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities * Packing products from a conveyor belt in a timely and accurate manner * Rotating between different tasks throughout the day to support workflow * Working closely with other team members to meet daily targets * Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail * Keeping the work area clean and organised * Following health and safety procedures at all times The Role While the position involves packing from a belt, the work is varied as tasks change frequently throughout the day, making it less repetitive than standard packing roles. The role requires close teamwork, good communication, and a proactive approach. Requirements * Ability to start work at 5:45am * Must be able to drive or have reliable transport due to early start times * Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods * Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Reliable and punctual * Team player with a positive attitude What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and happy to work in a physically active role.
