Roles Available Flexible ad hoc and bank staff positions Part-time and full-time hours Long-term placements Permanent roles What We’re Looking For Experience working with children in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting (essential) A sound understanding of child development Knowledge of the EYFS framework (desirable) A positive, nurturing and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications are desirable for many roles, but we also welcome experienced practitioners without formal qualifications for certain positions.
