Nursery Practitioners – Level 2 / Level 3 Northampton Up to £13.65 per hour Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities Available We are currently working with a well-established nursery in Northampton that is looking to recruit Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to join their team. Responsibilities include: Promoting high standards of care, learning, and development within the nursery Taking on Key Person responsibilities for a group of children Creating engaging and stimulating learning experiences appropriate to each child’s age and stage of development Supporting and preparing daily learning activities and play opportunities Helping maintain the smooth day-to-day running of the room, including in the absence of the Room Leader Ensuring nursery practice aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Supporting and mentoring students and junior team members where required Requirements Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare A genuine passion for working with young children Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices Strong teamwork and communication skills If you are a dedicated childcare professional looking for your next opportunity in Northampton, we would be happy to hear from you.
