Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

About the Role Prospero Teaching are working in partnership with a friendly and supportive nursery in the Wirral who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about early years education who enjoys supporting children's development in a nurturing and engaging environment. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality early years education and care, helping children to develop socially, emotionally, and academically through structured activities and play-based learning. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years Observe, assess, and record children's progress Act as a key person for a group of children, building strong relationships with them and their families Ensure the nursery provides a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education Requirements Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework Excellent communication and teamwork skills A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children What Prospero Teaching Can Offer You Competitive daily rate Flexible working opportunities Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant Opportunities for professional development Safeguarding Prospero Teaching is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
