The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework. You will support children’s learning and development while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
* Act as a key person for a group of children
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development
* Work effectively as part of a team
* Build positive relationships with parents and carers
* Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are always followed
Requirements
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Level 3 Paediactric First Aid Qualification (desirable)
* English GCSE grade C/4+ (if qualified after Sept 2014)
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
* A caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to complete one)
