Nursery Practitioner – Gravesham (Kent)

The Role As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children’s early development within a safe, engaging and supportive environment. You will: * Support children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework * Build positive and trusting relationships with children, colleagues and parents * Take on key worker responsibilities where appropriate * Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities * Carry out observations and contribute to children’s development records Requirements We are looking for someone who is: * Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) * Experienced within a nursery or early years setting * Confident in working with the EYFS framework * Warm, caring and reliable in their approach * In possession of an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one) * Paediatric First Aid trained (desirable but not essential) What’s on Offer * Competitive daily rate of £100–£115 PAYE, depending on experience * Opportunity to join a supportive and friendly nursery team * Ongoing support from Your Teaching * Potential for a long-term or permanent position * A genuinely rewarding role where you can make a positive difference each day Apply Now If you are a Nursery Practitioner looking for your next opportunity in Gravesham, we would be delighted to hear from you.
