Nursery Room Leader

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join a well-established early years setting in Ealing. This is a full-time, permanent role within a supportive nursery environment that is committed to delivering high-quality childcare and education in line with the EYFS framework. You will be: * Leading and mentoring a team of practitioners within the room * Overseeing the day-to-day running of the room to maintain high standards of care and education * Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework * Taking responsibility for long-term and sessional curriculum planning * Promoting and maintaining a strong safeguarding culture within the setting * Ensuring all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery procedures are followed * Supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) and have proven experience working within an early years setting, ideally in a senior or supervisory capacity.
