Due to promotion they now seek an experienced Room Leader to join their friendly team. Hours, pay & benefits: 4 day shifts working (Apply online only) (30 mins lunch) £14.00 per hour / £35,000 per annum (negotiable) Annual pay reviews Christmas bonuses Company paid qualifications 50% off childcare costs on top of funding Pension Staff social events and much more Duties: Leading a room of children aged 2-3 Room has up to 24 children at a time Supervising 3-4 staff Health & Safety Operations Overview: The purpose of the role of the Room Leader/Supervisor is to take charge of a small team and ensure the smooth running of the room or area you are responsible for. To be a key person and to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children.
