The Nursing Home Manager will lead with integrity and will foster a positive culture where colleagues feel respected, supported, and motivated.
Nursing Home Manager Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent care and service.
Lead and inspire care teams, promoting high standards.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain CQC excellence.
Build strong relationships with residents’ families and stakeholders.
