Nursing Home Manager Salary: Circa £60,000 per annum Location:Wigan Hours: Full Time We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead our well-established Nursing Home. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong clinical leader with a passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care. About the Role As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, operational management, and regulatory compliance of the service. You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing and residential care, ensuring residents live with dignity, choice, and respect. You will have full responsibility for: Clinical governance and quality assurance CQC compliance and inspection readiness Staff leadership, recruitment, and development Budget management and financial performance Safeguarding and risk management Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals About You We are looking for a motivated and experienced manager who can demonstrate: A current NMC PIN (RGN/RMN) Proven experience managing a nursing home (ideally 40+ beds) Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks A track record of achieving good or outstanding inspection ratings Excellent leadership and communication skills Commercial awareness and budget management experience What We Offer Competitive salary circa £60,000 Performance-related bonus (if applicable) Supportive senior management team Ongoing professional development Pension scheme Generous annual leave How to Apply?
