Nurture Teacher - SEND Secondary School 📚✨ Location: Redhill / Chaldon, Surrey Salary: £34,398 - £48,913 + £5,000 welcome bonus (for qualified teachers) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week A specialist SEND secondary school in Surrey is seeking a Nurture Teacher to support pupils aged 11-16 with autism, social communication, emotional regulation and sensory processing needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver differentiated teaching tailored to individual needs Plan, assess and monitor student progress Work closely with a multidisciplinary team Manage behaviour positively and consistently Contribute to EHCP reviews and personalised learning plans Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience in SEND / ASC settings Strong understanding of the national curriculum Knowledge of autism and SEMH needs Desirable SEND qualification Curriculum development experience 💷 Excellent benefits package including enhanced leave, pension, health support and career development
