This is a fantastic opportunity if you have experience working with children or young people in a variety of settings, including:

Youth work or community roles

September starts for the new academic yearYour role as a Nurture Teaching Assistant will include:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Helping to create a safe and engaging learning environment
Working closely with teachers and support staffWhat we're looking for:
Experience supporting children or young people
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
