We are looking for Occupational Therapists who are dynamic and motivated, to work within the Adult Social Care Team, to support with Reablement, Assessment and Proportionate Care (Ao1).
Blackpool's Adult Social Care is undertaking a fantastic transformation journey, and we are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated people to come and join us.
You will be working within a Multi Disciplinary Team alongside Social Workers, Care Providers, and other Health and Care professionals to ensure that the People of Blackpool receive the best outcomes available to them
