The Role
You’ll play a key role in coordinating ocean freight bookings, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently from start to finish while delivering excellent service to customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Managing ocean freight bookings for import and export shipments
Liaising with shipping lines, customers, and overseas agents
Preparing and checking shipping documentation
Monitoring shipment progress and providing updates
Ensuring all operational processes are completed accurately and on time What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in ocean freight or shipping/logistics operations
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop What’s on Offer
Salary up to £37,000 plus bonus
Standard working hours (9:00am – 5:30pm)
