Temporary Office Administrator - Bingley (Potential for Permanent Role)

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Temporary Office Administrator to join one of our well-established clients based in Bingley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with a reputable business, with the potential to progress into a full-time, permanent position.

🔧 The Role

You'll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department, with responsibilities including:

Processing customer orders accurately onto internal systems
Raising jobs for engineers and coordinating workflows
Following up with customers to ensure surveys are completed
Handling a high volume of data entry with strong attention to detailFull training will be provided, so you'll be supported every step of the way.

👀 What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with candidates who:

Have previous experience working in an office environment
Are highly organised and detail-oriented
Take a proactive, "can-do" approach to their work
Can think beyond standard processes and help drive tasks through to completion
Are confident working with systems and handling data accurately

📍 Location & Hours

Based in Bingley
Office-based role - 5 days per week
