A boutique private equity firm are seeking a highly organised and personable Office Assistant to support their team during a busy fundraising period. This is a 6-month contract role with potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting investors and guests in a professional manner
Preparing and serving refreshments and ordering lunches
Managing meeting room setups
Providing general administrative support
Ensuring the office is presentable and running smoothly day-to-dayRequirements:
Previous experience in an office environment, ideally within financial services is essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High attention to detail and reliability
Proactive, can-do attitude
