Office Junior
You’ll be at the heart of the business, helping keep everything running smoothly while learning valuable skills across multiple departments.
As an Office Junior, you will support day-to-day administrative tasks, including:
* Acting as a first point of contact for general office and HR queries
* Maintaining accurate employee and company records
* Assisting with payroll administration (starters, leavers, updates)
* Managing emails, answering calls, and handling general enquiries
* Supporting training coordination and maintaining training records
* Booking meetings, preparing agendas, and taking notes where required
* Assisting with company events, travel, and accommodation arrangements
* Helping manage office supplies, IT equipment setup, and facilities
* Supporting general office operations including fleet, maintenance, and compliance checks
What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office / email systems)
* Previous admin experience is helpful but not essential
