Office Manager - Construction
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to support the Director and take full ownership of office operations across Ignite Logistics and Ignite Recruitment This is a key, trusted role within a busy and fast-growing recruitment and logistics business. You’ll need to be highly organised, proactive, and confident managing both people and processes in a fast-paced office environment. Important: You must have “Office Manager” clearly listed on your CV to be considered. What You’ll Be Doing * Managing the Director’s diary, inbox, and travel * Overseeing day-to-day office operations and organisation * Acting as a key point of contact for clients, staff, and stakeholders * Supporting construction and security projects from planning to completion * Managing CHAS & Constructionline renewals * Preparing reports, schedules, and client documentation * Coordinating meetings, resources, and project timelines What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as an Office Manager * Confident supporting senior leadership * Strong organisational and multitasking skills * Professional, proactive, and commercially aware * Able to thrive in a busy, office-based environment Salary & Benefits * Up to £40,000 (depending on experience) * 24 days holiday + bank holidays * Regular team socials and incentives * A varied and autonomous role within a growing business If you’re an experienced Office Manager looking for a hands-on role with real responsibility, we’d love to hear from you
