Creating a warm, professional welcome and ensuring guests receive a consistently high level of service
Overseeing smooth check-ins, check-outs and reservations
Being visible and approachable to guests, resolving any issues quickly and professionally
Working closely with Reservations, Sales and other hotel departments
Managing rotas and ensuring the department is appropriately staffed
Recruiting, training and developing members of the Front Office team
Monitoring guest feedback and looking for ways to continually improve the guest experience
Supporting room sales, yield management and revenue opportunities
Ensuring booking and guest information is accurate and up to date

Attending management meetings and supporting wider hotel operations
Covering Duty Manager shifts when required
Ensuring relevant health & safety, security and operational standards are maintained☑️ What they're looking for

You'll ideally already have experience in a Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager or similar hotel management position, along with proven experience of leading a team.

A good understanding of hotel budgets, revenue and commercial performance
Confidence working in a busy, guest-facing environment
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
