Office Manager 📍 London | Full-time – 5 days in the office An international architecture practice is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its London studio. The practice is London-based architecture studio creating innovative, sustainable, and highly functional spaces. From masterplanning to detailed design, the team delivers projects that inspire and perform across diverse sectors. Creativity, research, and design excellence drive every project. This is a key role supporting studio leadership while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing diaries and meetings for leadership, coordinating travel and events, supporting onboarding and recruitment processes, overseeing office facilities and vendors, and providing general administrative support to the wider team. You will also play a role in maintaining a positive studio culture through internal activities and events, while supporting health & safety processes and office systems. Requirements * Previous Office Manager or senior administrative experience - minimum 5 years experience * Background within the built environment sector is very important – ideally architecture, interiors, landscape architecture or engineering * Strong organisational and communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office This is a fully office-based role (5 days per week)
