Office Manager
Our client is a growing exterior cleaning company working with property managers, block management companies and facilities managers across our four separate divisions – exterior cleaning, major works, roof cleaning and window cleaning. They are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager. The Role As Office Manager you will be responsible for: Key responsibilities include: * Managing customer enquiries (phone & email) * Scheduling appointments and coordinating works * Preparing and following up on quotations * Managing the Director’s diary * Supporting job scheduling and tracking progress * Overseeing workplace health and safety * Maintaining CRM records * Ensuring staff training, qualifications and certifications remain up to date * Overseeing vehicles, equipment, and office operations * Completing onboarding paperwork for new suppliers and subcontractors. * Supporting general office administration tasks as required. About You * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong attention to detail and adeptness in multitasking within a fast-paced environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm What We Offer * Company pension * Free Parking
