Offshore HSE Advisor (Rotation)

Offshore HSE Advisor x2 UK Offshore Project | Pipeline Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning | Outside IR35 We are looking for two experienced Offshore HSE Advisors to join a vessel project supporting the pre-commissioning and commissioning phases of a major offshore energy project based of the coast in the UK. Project Details * Location: UK coastal waters * Start: June (approx.) * Rotation: 30/30 (3 rotations expected) * Contract Length: Approx. 6 months * Status: Outside IR35 * Day Rate: Negotiable Role Responsibilities * Provide proactive HSE support onboard the vessel * Monitor and promote safe working practices across all activities * Ensure compliance with project, client and regulatory HSE requirements * Support toolbox talks, risk assessments and safety reporting * Work closely with offshore teams to maintain a strong safety culture Requirements * Proven experience as an Offshore HSE Advisor or Officer on vessel projects * Strong Oil & Gas background (no direct wind-only backgrounds) * Experience working with IMCA and IOGP aligned contractors within offshore construction or installation * Existing UK right to work * Up to date offshore medical * Valid offshore certificates and relevant insurances **Please only apply if you have previous HSE experience onboard a construction vessel for pipelaying/pipeline installation** If you'd like to learn more, please contact Jasmine White at Ceto Talent
