About the role: We’re looking for an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the daily running of depot operations. Acting as a central point of contact, you’ll coordinate customer services, driver activity, route planning, and operational administration. This is a fast‑paced role where strong communication, accuracy, and problem‑solving are essential. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily depot operations, routes, and service activity Manage customer enquiries, requests, and issues professionally and promptly Plan and optimise daily driver routes with depot management Allocate workloads to drivers and maintain clear communication throughout the day Support drivers in real time, helping resolve issues and ensuring work is completed Process operational data including purchase orders, contracts, route updates, and amendments Identify and correct discrepancies in paperwork, service delivery, or system data Assist with daily driver debriefs and maintain accurate records Produce and manage operational and compliance documentation Support fleet admin including defect reports, tachographs, and fuel receipts Handle depot administrative tasks such as parking fines, system clear‑downs, and record keeping Work with management on improving route efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance Respond to ad‑hoc operational challenges using initiative and problem‑solving skillsAbout You: Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent telephone manner Customer‑focused with strong organisational skills Confident using standard software packages and willing to learn new systems Able to prioritise workload and work under pressure Discreet, reliable, and detail‑focused Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment A proactive problem‑solver who works well independently Some of our benefits include: Annual Leave – 25 days + bank holidays Life Assurance – 2x basic annual salary Bereavement Counselling – Support during difficult times Free Onsite Parking Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) – Confidential counselling via Health Assured Eye Care Support – Free eye tests and up to £70 towards glasses for DSE users and drivers (includes retinal photography for drivers over 40) About The Company: Restore Commitment to Disability Confidence We assess candidates based on their experience and suitability for the role, as outlined in their CV and application.
