Operations and Maintenance manager

We are seeking an experienced Repairs, Maintenance & Operations Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the opportunity to become permanent. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day repairs, maintenance activities, and operational performance to ensure services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate repairs and maintenance services * Oversee operational performance and service delivery * Work with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of works * Monitor quality, compliance, and health & safety standards * Support continuous improvement of maintenance and operational processes Requirements: * Experience managing repairs, maintenance, or operational services * Strong organisational and leadership skills * Ability to manage contractors and multiple workstreams * Knowledge of compliance and health & safety requirements This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make an immediate impact, with the potential for a permanent role following the contract period
