Operations Manager - Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) Location: Turin, Italy Salary: Competitive, plus bonus   We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - AIT (Assembly, Integration & Test) to lead technical operations in a high-tech aerospace environment. This hands-on role involves planning, coordinating, and optimising AIT activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and driving efficiency in space-focused hardware manufacturing.   Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and monitor Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) workflows for aerospace hardware Ensure operational processes comply with quality, safety, and industry standards Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation Manage documentation, reporting, and traceability of all operations Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve issues and implement best practices Required Experience & Skills Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline Strong experience in electronics and aerospace / space hardware Proven experience managing AIT operations in a technical manufacturing environment Knowledge of quality and safety standards for aerospace projects Leadership experience and the ability to coordinate technical teams and workflows Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven approach Fluent in English Desirable Skills Experience with planning or process management tools Familiarity with complex aerospace or space systems This role offers the opportunity to lead AIT operations in a technically challenging, space-focused environment with professional growth and competitive compensation
