Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities for the Operations Coordinator:
Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate and schedule engineer appointments, book electrical installations, and optimize daily regional travel routes.
Customer Interaction & Administration: Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to email enquiries, while managing essential installation paperwork and internal records.
Executive Support: Perform occasional Personal Assistant (PA) duties for company leadership, including diary management and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Skills Required for the Operations Coordinator:
Location: Must permanently reside in either Surrey or West Sussex (Fully Remote Role).
Proven background within a scheduling, coordination, or fast-paced administrative role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
