Operations Coordinator
We are looking for someone who possess strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a dynamic workflow effectively. Excellent communication skills are needed to collaborate across teams for seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Accurately locate, pick and pack stock according to order details
Monitor stock levels to ensure all orders can be fulfilled
Place timely stock orders to eliminate the risk of shortages
Act as the key point of contact for suppliers and internal teams regarding availability and delivery schedules
Provide regular, updates to leadership on stock and upcoming requirementsWhat we are looking for:
Previous experience in a similar position
High attention to detail
Strong organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workload
IT savvy, quick to learn new processes and systemsDetails:
Salary: up to £28,500 DOE
Location: Wokingham
Contract: Permanent, full-time
