Operations Desk Assistant
Key responsibilities
* First point of contact on telephones and emails
* Raising jobs on their dedicated software, ensuring all information is logged and submitting to the dedicated contractor to complete
* Processing and checking completed paperwork from engineers, Installation teams and deliveries
* Raising relevant paperwork for the warehouse to pick and despatch goods
* Calling stores to arrange access for deliveries, collections and engineers attendance
The ideal candidate must have good organisational skills and will be able to multitask.
Full training with be provided for this role.
This is a temp-to-perm position and is a great opportunity for someone looking for a career.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
This includes covering an on-call service on a rota basis (this will be discussed further).
Pay: From £12.71ph (to be reviewed after probationary period of 3 months).
