Operations Director Location: Various UK Locations Salary: Up to £95,000 DoE + Location Start Date: ASAP A leading national services organisation is looking for an accomplished Operations Director to oversee a portfolio of high‑profile, multi‑site contracts. This senior role combines strategy, people leadership, commercial performance and operational excellence. The Role You’ll set direction for a large, diverse operation—building a high‑performing team, driving service standards, and ensuring strong financial performance. With significant autonomy, you’ll lead strategy, innovation, sustainability and customer excellence across your portfolio. Key Responsibilities * Lead, inspire and develop senior managers and operational teams * Ensure exceptional service delivery and full contractual compliance * Drive health, safety and quality performance * Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost control and profit improvement * Build a culture of inclusion, wellbeing and continuous improvement * Identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning * Strengthen stakeholder relationships and deliver clear, professional reporting About You * Senior leadership experience in a large, complex, multi‑site organisation * Strong operational and people leadership skills * Proven commercial and financial management success * Excellent communicator with outstanding stakeholder management * Confident navigating challenging situations and driving change * Service‑sector, cleaning or FM experience beneficial but not essential
