About the Company
We are a leading investment and property management business specialising in high‑end, multi‑use commercial and residential buildings. Our portfolio includes premium spaces across Central London, managed to the highest operational and service standards. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to join our team and take ownership of a flagship set of assets.

The Role
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth, efficient, and commercially effective running of a portfolio of luxury multi‑use buildings. You’ll act as the operational heartbeat of the portfolio—leading building operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimising facilities performance, and continually enhancing the experience for tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day operations across a portfolio of high‑end mixed‑use properties
Lead FM, maintenance and service delivery teams, ensuring first‑class performance
Manage building compliance, risk assessments, audits, and health & safety standards
Work closely with asset management teams to improve building efficiencies and value
Monitor and optimise service contracts, budgets, procurement, and cost control
Build strong relationships with tenants, service partners, and internal stakeholders
Lead on incident response and operational planning across all buildings
Contribute to strategic improvement initiatives across the wider portfolio
What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in property operations, building management, or facilities management
Background within commercial, residential, or mixed‑use assets (premium environments ideal)
Skilled in managing contractors, compliance frameworks, and service delivery performance
Confident communicator with a proactive, problem‑solving approach
Ability to work across multiple sites and manage diverse stakeholders
High levels of organisation, accountability, and professional integrity
