We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading Facilities Management main service provider, overseeing the delivery of M&E services across a prestigious contract in Central London.

The Role
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers while ensuring the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical maintenance services. You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the contract consistently meets performance targets and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technical engineers.
* Oversee the delivery of M&E maintenance services across the contract.
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety legislation and statutory regulations.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Monitor KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement across the contract.
* Manage operational budgets and support financial performance.
* Ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Contract Manager, or Senior Facilities Manager.
* Strong understanding of M&E building services within the facilities management sector.
* Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering operational excellence.
* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
* Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and contract performance.
* Good knowledge of health & safety and statutory compliance.
* Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
