Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading teams, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to strategic planning, while demonstrating competence through workplace-based assessments and building a portfolio of evidence. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop advanced leadership, organisational, and technical skills within a practical, work-based learning environment.

Responsibility of the Operations Manager:
* Oversee the day-to-day operational performance of a designated portfolio of branches, ensuring effective service delivery and consistent standards across the region
* Drive delivery of organisational objectives across growth, quality, and people, achieving agreed quarterly and annual targets
* Lead the rollout and continuous improvement of compliance and quality initiatives, ensuring all services meet regulatory and internal standards
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Compliance, Quality, and Learning & Development, to implement best practices and support workforce capability
* Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and the experience of both service users and employees
* Monitor performance, provide leadership to branch teams, and take proactive action to address risks or areas for improvement
Qualifications of the Operations Manager:
* NVQ/SVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
* Previous experience in a similar role within Domiciliary Care
* Proven leadership and management experience across multiple sites or services
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards within the care sector
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational performance effectively
