A global industrial organisation is seeking an experienced Operations & Supply Chain Manager to support and optimise performance across its international network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
The Role
In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operational delivery and alignment with global standards. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing inventory and stock levels in line with company guidelines
* Collaborating closely with sales teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer support
* Coordinating material flow and production capacity to ensure on-time delivery
* Maintaining and continuously improving part code structures in line with global strategy
* Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
About You
You’ll be a strong fit if you bring a mix of technical expertise and international collaboration experience:
* Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, ideally within the metals sector
* Strong technical knowledge of steel products and manufacturing processes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
* High level of intercultural awareness and a collaborative mindset
* Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role
