Your responsibilities as Operations Manager
Oversee daily activity across three retail locations, ensuring consistently high standards
Support site leadership teams to deliver excellent customer experience and product quality
Manage stock control, ordering processes and inventory performance
Identify and implement improvements to operational efficiency and productivity
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and traceability standards
Act as the key operational link between locations and senior leadership
What we’re looking for in a Operations Manager
Previous leadership experience within food retail, food production, hospitality or a related environment
Strong experience managing multi-site operations or complex day-to-day business activities
Sound knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards and HACCP principles
Experience leading and developing sizeable teams across operational environments
Background within fresh food, premium retail, butchery or similar sectors would be advantageous
Working hours: Full-time with flexibility to meet operational requirements and regular travel between locations.
