As a Operations Support Administrator you will… Book internal/external training and update company systems Issue and record tools, PPE, and manage renewals/recalibrations Enter audit/inspection data into systems Raise purchase orders to support activities Action shared-service requests (e.g. hotel bookings) Handle post, parcels, stock replenishment, and greet visitors Scan, print, and upload training and ID documents Maintain business and team documentation Update databases and company portals Support Operations Support team colleagues Pursue personal development within the role About you… We are looking for an organised, proactive, and confident communicating across phone, email, and Teams. With admin experience and a strong customer focus, you stay calm under pressure and take pride in making improvements. You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office, and SharePoint knowledge is a plus.
