Outreach Tutor We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outreach Tutor to support students who are unable to access mainstream education. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about helping young people re-engage with learning and build confidence in a supportive, one-to-one or small-group setting. The Role: * Deliver personalised lessons tailored to individual learning needs * Support students with academic progress, confidence, and engagement * Work flexibly in homes, community settings, or alternative provisions * Adapt teaching strategies to suit different abilities and learning styles * Build positive, trusting relationships with students and families The Ideal Candidate: * Experience working with children or young people (teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or support roles) * A strong understanding of ASD and PDA is essential * A proven history of working with children and/or young people with SEND * A patient, empathetic, and encouraging approach * Strong communication and organisational skills * Ability to motivate and inspire reluctant learners * Relevant qualifications or subject knowledge What We Offer: * Flexible working hours * Competitive pay – PAYE, no umbrella companies * Ongoing support and professional development * The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives If you are passionate about education and believe every learner deserves the chance to succeed, we’d love to hear from you
