Apply NowMy client is excited to announce that they are looking for a Outsourcing Manager/Senior Manager. They are a fast growing accountancy firm with multiple offices looking after thousands of businesses and individuals across Sussex and Surrey.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a strategic financial adviser to SMEs and owner-managed businesses, supporting growth and long-term planning.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting, turning data into actionable insights.
• Oversee financial reporting, governance, compliance and internal controls.
• Attend board-level meetings, challenge assumptions and advise on key business decisions.
• Build strong client relationships and collaborate with tax, audit, payroll and advisory teams.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending improvements to performance and efficiency.
• Coach client finance teams, mentor trainees and support staff development.
• Contribute to business growth and deliver high-quality outsourced finance solutions.
About You
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified.
• At least two years' experience at Director level.
• Proven experience delivering outsourced finance solutions within an accountancy practice, or relevant Finance Director
Experience in industry.
• Strong experience supporting UK SMEs, including growing or transforming businesses.
• Commercially astute, with the ability to influence financial strategy and advise senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experienced in leading teams, developing talent and managing client relationships.
• Able to identify risks, solve complex problems and provide clear, commercially focused advice.
