Package Manager

We’re recruiting Package Managers for a major industrial scheme with a leading main contractor. You’ll take ownership of specific fit‑out packages, coordinating subcontractors, managing programme and ensuring safe, high‑quality delivery on a fast‑paced project. Key Responsibilities * Lead your package from planning through to completion * Coordinate subcontractors, logistics and sequencing * Produce short‑term plans and track progress against programme * Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards * Manage RFIs, ITPs, technical submittals and digital quality records * Work closely with design, engineering, MEP and wider delivery teams What We’re Looking For * Experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor * Strong fit‑out delivery background on multi‑million‑pound projects * Confident managing subcontractors, programme and technical coordination * Industrial MEP or clean/dry room experience beneficial (not essential) * Solid understanding of construction quality, safety and compliance * Familiarity with digital site tools (FieldView, Dalux, Asta) desirable Benefits * Competitive salary up to £60,000 * Car allowance * Pension scheme * Private healthcare * Holiday allowance + bank holidays * Mileage or Subsistence allowances
