We are currently recruiting Packing Operatives to join a busy and fast‑paced warehouse based in Northampton. This role is ideal for reliable, hardworking individuals looking for ongoing temporary work with flexible shift options.

Role Responsibilities

Packing products accurately and efficiently

Labelling, sorting, and preparing items for dispatch

Quality checking goods before packing

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Supporting general warehouse duties when required

Shifts Available

AM shifts

PM shifts (Flexibility is an advantage)

Requirements

Previous warehouse or packing experience is beneficial but not essential

Good attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Due to the location, you must be a driver and have your own transport
